The system of stabilization of provision of a body automatically provides constancy of size of a road gleam (road clearance) at change of load of a back axis.

On the cars equipped with this system (fig. 1.45) , instead of traditional hydraulic shock-absorbers are established pneumatic 1. In them the compressed air from the electric compressor 2 of the piston type located in the left moves we will touch to a corner of a luggage compartment. The minimum pressure of air in system – 5 atm.

The control unit 1 (fig. 1.46) is established by system of stabilization of provision of a body together with the compressor 2. The choice of an operating mode of system is carried out by the switch 3 on the control unit 1.
Positions of the switch of 3 working hours of system:
1–the system is included (a manual mode of installation of a road clearance);
2–the system is switched off;
3–reduction of a normal road clearance by 100 mm (automatic working hours of system);
4–normal road clearance (automatic working hours of system);
5–increase in a normal road clearance at 100 mm (automatic working hours of system).
The manual mode of installation of a road clearance (situation 1 and 2) gets out only in case of malfunction of system. At an automatic mode (situation 3-5) the chosen size of a road clearance of the car is always supported by a constant.
The switch should be in situation 4 constantly. Provisions 3 and 5 choose only in extreme cases at car operation with the trailer.
