On fig. 16.33 details of the lock of a forward door, a latch and the door handle are shown. For removal and installation of these details in most cases it is required to remove the decorative panel with a water insulating film.

On some cars the structure of the lock and the mechanism of fixing includes microswitch and conducting which at the same time are also a part of automatic system of humeral seat belts. On the cars equipped with the central lock, in the handle the microswitch which replacement is not provided is built in. When dismantling mechanism, do not forget to disconnect contact sockets of conducting.

Removal of the lock of a door

Removal make in the following order:

– completely lift door glass;

– remove internal furnish then accurately remove draft of the 5th lock;

– insert a core in diameter of 3 mm through the corresponding viewing opening at the heart of the synchronizer and move the blocking lever 17 to blocking position. On cars one of two types of locks which can be identified, обратясь to fig. 16.34 is established ;

– unscrew two screws of fastening and remove the synchronizer from a door.

After lock removal, disconnect the socket 13 (see fig. 16.33 ) the central lock.

Installation carry out to sequences, return to removal.

After installation of the lock check, that the free wheeling of the handle of a door between the lever of the door lock and a regulator made from 0,1 to 1,0 mm. Rotate a regulator before receiving a demanded free wheeling.

Removal of the external door handle

The external door handle fastens the screw 1 (fig. 16.35) access to which is provided from the back party of a door. The handle acts in film after an otvorachivaniye of the screw and is displaced in the arrow direction, then turns in the direction of the second arrow and acts in film from an axis.

Removal of the cylinder of the lock

On fig. 16.36 lock details with which the lock cylinder is mounted are shown. The cylinder of the lock 6 turns in both directions on a corner 70 °. The spring 4 resting against ledges on the case, returns the lock cylinder in average situation. To remove and put the lock it is necessary together with the inserted key.

Installation of the cylinder of the lock

Installation make in the following order:

– grease the lock cylinder with G 000400 greasing or equivalent to it;

– grease a small spring 7 and a ball 8 and insert them into an assembly opening;

– turn a key in the lock against the stop;

– tighten the lock cylinder for 90 ° (1/4 turns);

– check the provision of a ball (fig. 16.37) ;

– put on the roller a rotor so that the flute for a spring lock ring 2 opened;

– establish a spring lock ring.

To remove the lock of a forward door together with a latch, block draft a core in diameter of 3 mm (fig. 16.38) and the internal door handle transfer the lock mechanism to the provision of unlocking of a door then unscrew bolts 1.

NOTE At lock dismantle with a latch glass should be completely closed (is lifted).
