On fig. 16.32 details of a lateral mirror with manual adjustment are shown. The mirror with the electric drive has the similar device. Instead of a manual drive and cables in the electric drive conducting and the switch mounted on the panel of a door are provided.

Removal make in the following order:

– remove a triangular slip 6 from the interior of a door;

– on mirrors with the electric drive disconnect the electric socket;

– unscrew screws 5 of fastening and remove the case 4 with a mirror 3 from a door;

– stick the bottom and upper edge of the case of a mirror with a sticky tape to protect from damages;

– having undertaken the lower part, take a mirror from the case;

– holding a mirror, disconnect the contact socket of conducting (if it is provided).

Installation carry out to sequences, return to removal.

At assembly expose adjusting pins of a mirror in a place and press it into a casing.

At installation of a new mirror be convinced of its suitability for installation on the car.
