Removal make in the following order:

– will hang out the car and fix it on basic racks;

– remove the loose leaf of an arch of a wheel which (fig. 16.9) fastens plastic percussion caps and screws ;

– for improvement of access to fastenings of the loose leaf of an arch of a wheel, remove a forward wheel;

– press down a bumper about a forward part of a wing and unscrew fastening bolts (fig. 16.10) ;

– at a bumper otzhatiya down it is possible to use rubber wedges;

NOTE Be careful: do not damage paint. In order to avoid damages, the places being in close proximity with bolts, paste over with a sticky tape.

– unscrew two bolts of fastening of back edge of an arch of a wheel (fig. 16.11) ;

– unscrew bolts of fastening of the upper edge of an arch and accurately remove a wing;

– for separation of a wing from a body soften protective mastic by means of the hair dryer.

NOTE For cars with an opening roof, do not jam a water waste hose.

Before wing installation into place clear an interfaced surface and put zinc paste (VW AKI 381 035 50) in places of fastening of a wing to a wheel niche and a forward rack.

Combine openings under bolts and wrap bolts of fastening of a wing (fig. 16.12) .

At installation it is necessary to sustain a uniform demanded gap between a wing and a cowl (fig. 16.13) .
