Removal of a pulley of an intermediate shaft is carried out in the following order:

– remove the contact socket of the electromagnetic valve останова the engine;

– снимте belt of a drive of auxiliary units;

– усткановите the cylinder No. 1 piston in VMT of a step of compression (see подразд. 3.3.3);

– remove a gear belt of a drive of GRM (see подразд. 3.3.4);

– remove a pulley 16 intermediate shaft.

Installation of a pulley of an intermediate shaft is carried out in the following order:

– clear interfaced surfaces of a pulley and an intermediate shaft;

– establish a segment shponka in a flute of an intermediate shaft and establish a pulley 16;

– tighten a bolt of the 17th fastening of a pulley of an intermediate shaft the moment of 45 N · m;

– establish a gear belt of a drive of GRM (see подразд. 3.3.4);

– check combination of all adjusting labels: a flywheel (see fig. 3.61 ), a gear pulley of a camshaft (see fig. 3.5 ) and a gear pulley of TNVD (fig. 3.67) ;

– establish covers 19 and 20 (see fig. 3.64 ) GRM drive;

– establish a pulley 2 cranked shaft;

– establish a belt 3 drives of auxiliary units and adjust its tension.
