Removal of a gear pulley of a camshaft is carried out in the following order:

– remove the contact socket of the electromagnetic valve останова the engine;

– remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units;

– establish the cylinder No. 1 piston in VMT of a step of compression (see подразд. 3.3.3);

– remove a gear belt of a drive of GRM (see подразд. 3.3.4);

– fix a gear pulley 2 (see fig. 3.65 ) a camshaft from a provorachivaniye and unscrew a bolt of 1 fastening of a pulley;

– remove a pulley 2 camshafts.

Installation of a gear pulley of a camshaft is carried out in the following order:

– wipe interfaced surfaces of a pulley and a camshaft;

– establish a segment shponka in a camshaft groove;

– establish a gear pulley 2 (see fig. 3.65 ). If the segment shponka is not used, insert a ledge of a nave of a pulley into a camshaft flute;

– establish a gear belt of a drive of GRM (see подразд. 3.3.4);

– check combination of all adjusting labels: a flywheel (see fig. 3.61 ), a gear pulley of a camshaft (see fig. 3.5 ) and a gear pulley of TNVD (fig. 3.67) ;

– establish covers 19 and 20 (see fig. 3.64 ) GRM drive;

– establish a pulley 2 cranked shaft;

– establish a belt 3 drives of auxiliary units and adjust its tension.
