Replacement of a forward epiploon  of a cranked shaft
Removal and installation of a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft carry out in the following order:
– on the AFN engine remove the top casing of the engine;
– disconnect the tip from the electromagnetic valve of a stop of the engine;
– merge engine oil from the engine;
– lift a forward part of the car and establish it on supports;
– remove the plastic air lines located in a zone of the right forward wheel;
– remove auxiliary driving belts;
– remove pulleys of auxiliary driving belts, a GRM belt and a GRM belt pulley from a cranked shaft;

– drill in an epiploon 12 (see fig. 3.69 ) two small openings on the maximum removal from each other and screw in them being self-cut screws;
– using flat-nose pliers, extend for heads of screws an epiploon 12 of a forward cover 11 cranked shaft;
– clear not fleecy fabric an installation site of a sealing ring in a forward cover of a cranked shaft and on cranked to a shaft;

       PREVENTION
It is impossible to moisten clearing fabric with solvent.

– grease with pure engine oil a surface of a new epiploon;
– using a tubular opravka of the corresponding diameter and a hammer, in easy blows establish an epiploon on a cranked shaft;
– installation of the removed elements carry out to sequences, return to removal.

Replacement of a back epiploon of a cranked shaft
Removal and installation of a back epiploon of a cranked shaft carry out in the following order:
– on the APN engine remove the top casing of the engine;
– disconnect the tip from the electromagnetic valve of a stop of the engine;
– merge engine oil from the engine;
– lift a forward part of the car and establish it on supports;
– unscrew bolts of fastening of a flywheel and remove the oil pallet;
– remove a transmission;
remove the plastic air lines located in a zone of the right forward wheel;
remove from a flywheel a leading part of coupling and a coupling disk;
– unscrew bolts and remove a flywheel;
– turn on fault and remove an intermediate plate from the block of cylinders (if it is established);
– unscrew bolts and remove a back cover of a cranked shaft 4 ( fig. 3.69 .);
– clear interfaced surfaces of a back cover of a cranked shaft and the block of cylinders of the engine of traces of old laying.
– using a wide shlitsevy screw-driver, take a sealing 5th ring from a back cover 4 cranked shaft;
– grease a surface of a new sealing ring with pure engine oil and establish a sealing ring in a back cover of a cranked shaft, uniform pressing through wooden whetstone;
– put on an interfaced surface of the block of cylinders a thin layer of hermetic and establish laying of a back cover of a cranked shaft;
– establish on a cranked shaft the protective plastic head delivered together with a sealing ring. The protective plastic head prevents damage of working edges at installation of a sealing ring;
– grease a sealing ring with pure engine oil and establish a back cover 4 cranked shaft on the block of cylinders of 1 engine;
– insert bolts of fastening of a back cover of a cranked shaft and consistently tighten them the corresponding moment of an inhaling.
