Removal of the water pump is carried out in the following order:

– merge cooling liquid;

– disconnect a final collector from a reception exhaust pipe;

– disconnect топливопровод from a head of the block of cylinders;

– remove the case of the air filter;

– remove a measuring instrument of a consumption of air;

– weaken a tension of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units, having screwed bolt М8 in an opening of a natyazhitel (fig. 3.59) ;

– remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units;

– will hang out the engine by means of the load-lifting mechanism and unscrew bolts and nuts of fastening of its support;

– raise the engine assembled with a transmission so that there was an access to the water pump;

– unscrew bolts 1 (fig. 3.60) of fastening of a pulley of the water pump and remove a pulley 2;

– unscrew bolts of 3 fastenings of the water pump and remove the water pump 4.

Installation of the water pump is carried out in sequence, return to removal. Thus establish on its case a new sealing ring 5. After installation adjust a tension of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units.
