Removal of a flywheel is carried out in the following order:

– remove a transmission and coupling;

– fix a flywheel 9 (see fig. 3.52 ) from a provorachivaniye, having established a clamp on a gear wreath of a flywheel;

– put labels on a flywheel 9 and a cranked shaft 1 for the subsequent correct installation of a flywheel;

– unscrew bolts of the 10th fastening of a flywheel and remove a flywheel.

Fault detection of a flywheel includes check of a gear wreath on wear or damages of teeths, a basic surface of coupling on wear.

Installation of a flywheel is carried out in the following order:

– clear interfaced surfaces of a flywheel and a cranked shaft;

– establish a flywheel on pins of a cranked shaft according to earlier put labels;

– screw new bolts of fastening of a flywheel;

– fix a flywheel from a provorachivaniye, having established a clamp on a gear wreath of a flywheel;

– tighten bolts of fastening of a flywheel the moment of 70 N · m serially cross-wise, then tighten them on a corner 90 °;

– establish coupling and a transmission.

PREVENTION At installation of a flywheel it is recommended to use new bolts of fastening.
