Removal of a cranked shaft is carried out in the following order:
– remove the power unit from the car (see подразд. 3.2.4);
– disconnect a transmission from the engine;

– unscrew bolts 10 (fig. 3.52) of fastening of a flywheel, having fixed it from a provorachivaniye, and remove a flywheel 9 from a cranked shaft 1;

– unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley 1 (fig. 3.53) of a cranked shaft and remove a pulley;
– unscrew bolts of fastening of a pulley of the water pump and remove a pulley 2;
– remove chains of a drive of GRM;
– remove a head of the block of cylinders (see подразд. 3.2.5);
– remove the oil pallet;
– remove the oil pump;
– remove pistons with rods in collecting (see подразд. 3.2.7);
– measure axial люфт a cranked shaft with the help щупа (see подразд. 3.1.15) or indicator of hour type. Axial люфт a cranked shaft regulate persistent half rings 3 (see fig. 3.52 ) which are established in the case of the radical bearing No. 5;

– unscrew bolts 12 (fig. 3.54) of fastening of a forward cover of a cranked shaft and uncover 11 together with a forward epiploon 13;
– unscrew bolts of 4 fastenings of a back cover of a cranked shaft and uncover 5 together with a back epiploon 6;
– mark covers of radical bearings for the subsequent their correct installation;
– unscrew bolts of fastening of covers of radical bearings and remove covers, without taking from them loose leaves;
– remove a cranked shaft;
– remove the top loose leaves of radical bearings (loose leaves of beds of a cranked shaft) and mark them for the subsequent correct installation.
The top loose leaves have a flute for supply of greasing to a cranked shaft.
Fault detection of a cranked shaft is carried out in the sequence described in подразд. 3.1.16.
Controllable parameters are specified in подразд. 3.2.1.
Installation of a cranked shaft is carried out in the following order:
– establish the block of cylinders 2 (see fig. 3.54 ) a case up;
– clear working surfaces of the top loose leaves of radical bearings and grease them with fresh engine oil;
– establish the top persistent half rings 3 (see fig. 3.52 ) the radical bearing No. 5;
– grease all necks of a cranked shaft with 1 fresh engine oil;
– establish a cranked shaft in the block of cylinders;
– establish loose leaves 4 in radical bearings;
– establish persistent half rings 3 in a cover of the radical bearing No. 5;
– establish covers of radical bearings and tighten bolts of fastening of covers the moment of 30 N · m, then tighten them on a corner 180 °;
– turn a cranked shaft manually. It should rotate easily, without breakthroughs;
– check axial люфт a cranked shaft (see подразд. 3.1.15);
– establish pistons with rods assembled;
– establish forward and back covers of a cranked shaft with new epiploons;
– establish a flywheel;
– establish the oil pump;
– put hermetic on surfaces of contact of the block 2 (see fig. 3.54 ) cylinders and the oil pallet 8;
– establish laying 7 oil pallets;
– establish the oil pallet 8 and tighten bolts of the 10th fastening of the oil pallet the moment of 20 N · m cross-wise, beginning from an average part of the pallet;
– execute other operations in sequence, return to removal.
