Removal of the oil pump is carried out in the following order:
– remove the oil pallet (see подразд. 3.2.13);

– unscrew bolts 12, 14 and 16 (see fig. 3.58 ) fastenings of the oil pump and a maslopriyemny pipe;
– move the pump down to that time while the power shaft 10 does not leave gearing with a gear wheel 4;
– check a gap between teeths of gear wheels and axial люфт gear wheels (see подразд. 3.1.12). If gear wheels are strongly worn-out, it is necessary to replace them in a set;
– turn out a stopper of the reduktsionny valve and take from the pump case a spring and the piston.
Installation of the oil pump is carried out as it should be, the return to removal. Thus it is necessary to replace sealing rings of round section and laying.
