The drive of camshafts is carried out from a cranked shaft by means of chain transfers through an intermediate shaft
(fig. 3.56)
. The tension of a chain 3 drives of camshafts is regulated by a bolt 6. The hydraulic natyazhitel of 10 chains of an intermediate shaft automatically establishes its tension.
Removal of a drive of GRM is carried out in the following order:
– establish the cylinder No. 1 piston in VMT of a step of compression, for this purpose turn a cranked shaft clockwise before combination of adjusting labels
(fig. 3.57)
;
– weaken a tension of a chain 3 (see
fig. 3.56
) a drive of camshafts, for this purpose turn out a bolt 6 natyazhitel of a chain;
– put labels with paint on a chain of a drive of camshafts in the places shown on
fig. 3.57
;
– block a cranked shaft from a provorachivaniye;
– unscrew a bolt of the 9th fastening of asterisks of an intermediate shaft and remove an asterisk 8 (see
fig. 3.58
);
– remove a chain 3 drives of camshafts;
– remove an asterisk 7 intermediate shaft;
– remove a chain 4 drives of an intermediate shaft. (see
fig. 3.57
).
Installation of a drive of GRM is carried out in the following order:
– check installation of the piston of the cylinder No. 1 in VMT, thus short tooth of an asterisk 7 (see
fig. 3.57
) a camshaft it should be combined with an adjusting label 9 on a forward cover of a cranked shaft;
– establish a chain 4 drives of an intermediate shaft on an asterisk 7 cranked shaft;
– establish a chain 4 on an asterisk 2 intermediate shaft and establish an asterisk 2 on an intermediate shaft;
– check ledge combination on an asterisk 2 intermediate shaft with an adjusting label on a cover of an intermediate shaft;
– establish an asterisk 3 on an intermediate shaft and tighten a bolt of the 10th fastening of asterisks the moment of 100 N · m, having fixed from a provorachivaniye an intermediate shaft;
– establish directing 16 (see
fig. 3.56
) chains of a drive of camshafts;
– establish a head of the block of cylinders (see подразд. 3.2.5);
– be convinced that camshafts are established in the situation relevant to VMT of the piston of the cylinder No. 1;
– fix camshafts from a provorachivaniye;
– establish asterisks 2 on asterisk camshafts with the chain put on them 3;
– establish the coupling 18 of a drive of the distributor of ignition and wrap bolts of the 17th fastening of asterisks of camshafts;
– tighten bolts the 17th moment of 100 N · m, holding camshafts from a provorachivaniye a wrench;
– unblock the piston of a hydraulic natyazhitel of 5 chains of a drive of an intermediate shaft, having turned a clamp the 6th screw-driver;
– establish a natyazhitel 5 and tighten bolts of his fastening the moment of 20 N · m;
– check combination of all adjusting labels;
– unblock camshafts;
– execute other operations in sequence, return to removal.
