Removal of brake shoes carry out in the following order (12.4) :

unscrew a bolt of fastening of the bottom directing finger, holding a finger from a provorachivaniye a wrench (fig. 12.5) ;

turn a support up on the top directing finger and подвяжимте to a rack (fig. 12.6) ;

take brake shoes from the holder of a support.

Installation of brake shoes carry out in the following order:

before installation of blocks check, that directing fingers freely moved in the holder of a support and there were rubber covers of a directing finger were not damaged. Check a condition of dustproof consolidation of the piston;

if new brake shoes are established, press the piston into a support. It can be made wooden whetstone or the special adaptation (fig. 12.7) . At a piston vdviganiye brake liquid is forced out from the brake cylinder in feeding tank. Therefore constantly watch liquid level in a tank;

check, whether the thermoprotective plate in piston dredging is correctly established;

insert external and internal brake shoes in the holder of a support;

lower a support on brake shoes. Press a support that it occupied the situation, then wrap a bolt of fastening of a directing finger the demanded moment;

check level of brake liquid in a tank. Several times press a brake pedal in order that blocks nestled on a disk and repeatedly check level of brake liquid in a tank;

execute similar operations on other wheel;

establish wheels and lower the car;

repeatedly check level of brake liquid.
