Removal of the cylinder of the main brake cylinder (fig. 12.21) carry out in the following order:

cнимите an air inlet branch pipe between the air filter and the throttle case.

several times press a pedal of a brake to fill with air the vacuum amplifier of brakes, or to remove pressure in the hydraulic block of the servomotor.

cнимите a cover of a feeding tank of brake system and a syringe pump out brake liquid. Avoid hit of brake liquid on a paint and varnish covering of the car;

on cars with a hydraulic drive of coupling, disconnect a hose of giving of a food of coupling from a tank;

put labels on the brake tubes suitable to the main brake cylinder;

unscrew nuts of fastening of brake tubes and take away tubes in the parties from the main brake cylinder. Muffle the ends of tubes jams of the corresponding diameter;

unscrew nuts of fastening and remove the main brake cylinder from the vacuum amplifier of brakes together with laying.

Repair of the main brake cylinder. The main brake cylinder does not understand and in case of failure is subject to obligatory replacement.

Installation of the main brake cylinder carry out to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following:

at installation of the main brake cylinder establish new laying;

remove air from hydraulic brake system;

tighten nuts of fastening of brake tubes the regulated moment: in case of pulling there is a probability of damage of a flange on the tube end.
