Removal make in the following order:

— press the clamps of the handle located in its lower back part and, having pulled, remove the handle 2 from the lever of 1 parking brake;

— remove the top decorative slip 3 levers;

— remove a back part of the central console;

— having unscrewed lock-nuts and adjusting nuts, remove them from carving tips of cables of the hand brake;

— unscrew two nuts of fastening of the lever to a floor and remove the lever 1 together with the jack 6;

— weaken bolts of fastening of back wheels, вывестите a back part of the car and fix it on basic racks;

— unscrew bolts of fastening of back wheels and remove wheels;

— on cars with brakes of drum-type type remove a brake drum and disconnect a cable from the lever of the parking brake;

— on models with back disk brakes disconnect a cable from a back support (fig. 12.29) ;

— take a cable from their fixing clips and remove it from the car (fig. 12.30) .

Installation of a cable carry out to sequences, return to removal.

Pay attention that cables of the parking brake for each of the parties have the principle of installation. Cables of the parking brake for cars with disk and drum-type back brakes differ one from another. The cable on the right back wheel has a blue label which should settle down on the center of a fixing clip. The cable on the left back wheel has a white label which should settle down on the center of a fixing clip.

Carry out adjustment of cables of the parking brake then establish a back part of the central console and a decorative overlay for the lever.
