Removal make in the following order:

– open, lift and support a back door in open situation;

– disconnect and remove internal furnish of a back door;

– disconnect electroconducting from a back door. Pay attention to an arrangement of wires;

– using a pencil or a felt-tip pen, note position of each hinge of a back door;

– while the assistant supports a back door, disconnect from a door an emphasis, previously having disconnected hinges on each side doors;

– unscrew a bolt of fastening of a back door and remove a door.

Installation carry out to sequences, return to removal. Before a tightening of bolts of fastening of the hinge of a back door check, that the back door was correctly combined with a body.

If it is necessary to adjust buffers of a back door, accurately remove pins from the lever of a strut of the buffer and remove the buffer. Remove a rubber pillow from the buffer, then, using a six-sided key «on 3 mm»  (fig. 16.19) , wrap the fastening screw against the stop and adjust the cut coupling 1 to provide a gap of equal 3 mm. The edge of 2 laying should contact with the cut coupling.

Remove a clip and make adjustment, as is shown in fig. 16.20 .

Collect the buffer and insert a pin.

Smoothly close a back door and having opened it again, softly clamp the buffer.
