Removal of the fuel pump
of a high pressure
Carry out in the following order:
disconnect a wire from a negative conclusion of the storage battery;
remove the air filter and a measuring instrument of a stream of air;
uncover heads of the block of cylinders and casings of a gear belt;
establish the piston of the first cylinder in the top dead point;
remove a gear belt from pulleys of the fuel pump 1
(fig. 5.81)
and a camshaft;
fix a pulley of the fuel pump from a provorachivaniye and unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley;
using a stripper, remove a pulley from a shaft of the fuel pump;
using two wrenches, unscrew топливопроводы 5 from a back part of the fuel pump and fuel nozzles 16;
unscrew submitting and returnable топливопроводы from the fuel pump of a high pressure;
remove from a fuel nozzle a returnable fuel hose;
disconnect the electric socket from the electromagnetic valve of a stop of the engine;
on the AAZ engine disconnect a cable of start of the cold engine from the fuel pump;
on the AAZ engine disconnect an accelerator cable from the lever of the fuel pump;
on engines 1Z, AHU and AFN mark and disconnect electric sockets from fuel nozzles and the block of a regulator of amount of fuel;
on all engines, except the AAZ engine (since October, 1994) if the fuel pump is repeatedly established, using a chertilka, note position of the pump in relation to a forward arm.
The AAZ engine (since October, 1994)
Mark and disconnect electric sockets from the valve of the moment of injection, the sensor of a cycle of injection of the gate-type valve of enrichment and the executive mechanism of turns of idling;
on later models with one multicontact electric socket disconnect the electric socket from an arm and unscrew a bolt of fastening of the tire of grounding;
on cars with central air of air disconnect a vacuum hose from the executive mechanism of increase of turns of idling.
All models
Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a back part of the fuel pump;
unscrew three nuts of fastening of a forward part of the fuel pump and disconnect the fuel pump from the engine.
Installation of the fuel pump
of a high pressure
Make in the following order:
establish the fuel pump on the engine and screw in a bolt of fastening of a back part of the fuel pump, having tightened it the demanded moment;
screw in bolts of fastening of a forward part of the fuel pump and tighten them the demanded moment. If the pump is established repeatedly, before a tightening of bolts of fastening of the fuel pump combine the labels put before removal of the pump;
on all engines, except the AAZ engine (since October, 1994) fill in in the fuel pump of a high pressure diesel fuel via the union for connection of a returnable fuel pipe;
connect топливопроводы, connecting the fuel pump of a high pressure and fuel nozzles;
connect to the fuel pump submitting and returnable fuel tubes;
connect to fuel nozzles of a tube of return of fuel;
establish a pulley on a shaft of the fuel pump and fix a bolt, having tightened it by hand;
combine adjusting openings in a pulley of the fuel pump and an arm of the fuel pump and establish a blocking core;
establish a gear belt, check and if necessary, adjust the moment of injection of the fuel pump;
adjust a tension of a gear belt and tighten a bolt of fastening of a pulley of the fuel pump the demanded moment;
establish casings of a gear belt and a cover of a head of the block of cylinders;
further installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
Engines 1Z, AHU and AFN
Check and, if necessary adjust the dynamic moment of injection of fuel at service station.
AAZ engine
Connect to the fuel pump of a high pressure a cable of an accelerator and a cable of start of the cold engine;
on engines made till October, 1994:
check and if necessary, adjust the static moment of injection of the fuel pump;
check and, if necessary adjust idling turns;
check, and if necessary, adjust the maximum turns of the engine;
check and, if necessary, adjust the increased turns of idling.
