At car equipment by system of self-alignment of a suspension bracket, shock-absorbers have the pneumoelements 7 (fig. 10.38) replacing the ordinary hydraulic piston. The block of the air compressor submits the compressed air on elements of a pneumatic spring. For decrease in noise level the compressor is placed in the isolated case. The principle of work of system — atomaticheskiya, but at the same time is allowed possibility of manual adjustment by means of the regulator button on the control unit. As a rule, such adjustment is required only in transit large-sized cargo or towage. In normal conditions the button should occupy situation "4". The system of self-alignment of a suspension bracket joins at inclusion of ignition and (or) in public or a cover of a luggage carrier/door of a back.

       PREVENTION
At leakage of the compressed air from system speed of movement of the car should not exceed 60 km/h.

Self-alignment check
Check make in the following order:
– before the beginning of work disconnect a "minus" wire from the plug of the storage battery;
– establish the car on an equal horizontal platform with a firm covering;
– the car should is in not loaded condition, its door — are closed, and ignition — is included;
– establish a regulator on the control unit in situation "6" (high level) then turn a regulator in situation "4" (normal level);
– close a cover a back luggage carrier/door;

– measure distance between the center of a wheel and an edge of a wing of the case (fig. 10.39) . Thus measured distance should be equally regulated;
– if level does not correspond to norm, carry out complete check of system on HUNDRED.

Removal and installation of elements of system of self-alignment
Before the beginning of work disconnect a "minus" wire from the plug of the storage battery.
For air removal from system unscrew the valve of pressure of air and completely let out from system air.
Removal and installation of a pneumoelement make in the following order:
– disconnect a "minus" wire from the plug of the storage battery;
– remove an upholstery of a floor and lateral facing of a luggage compartment;

– disconnect sensor conducting on a connector and deduce it in a wheel arch (fig. 10.40) ;
– will hang out and fix on basic racks a back part of the car;

– disconnect from a pneumoelement a hose of supply of air (fig. 10.41) ;
– remove a pneumoelement in the same way which is brought for a back suspension bracket of usual type.
Installation of a pneumoelement carry out to sequences, return to removal.
Removal and control unit installation by system of self-alignment make in the following order:
– disconnect a "minus" wire from the plug of the storage battery;
– remove the left facing panel of a luggage compartment;
– take the control unit from the compressor;

– disconnect from the control unit contact sockets (fig. 10.42) .
Installation of the block carry out to sequences, return to removal.
Removal and installation of the compressor of system of self-alignment make in the following order:
– disconnect a "minus" wire from the plug of the storage battery;
– remove air from system;
– disconnect an earth loop of the compressor from the case;
– weaken a rubber fixing belt and take the compressor block from a wheel arch;
– disconnect the control unit self-alignment system;
– having separated a protective casing, remove the compressor.
Installation of the compressor carry out to sequences, return to removal.
