Corners of installation of back wheels are regulated by means of saylent-blocks with ekstsentrikovy plugs (fig. 10.36) .

Disorder of back wheels.................. 1°25 '± 30'

Convergence of back wheels.......... 0°15 '± 20'

Adjustment of corners

Adjustment make in the following order:

– turn the ekstsentrikovy plug up at negative coal of disorder;

– turn the ekstsentrikovy plug down at positive coal of disorder;

– turn the ekstsentrikovy plug forward at a positive convergence;

– turn the ekstsentrikovy plug back at a negative convergence.

Replacement of a pillow of a suspension bracket of a case of a reducer of a back suspension bracket

Remove a support of a suspension bracket of a case of a reducer of the back bridge.

Vypressuyte a suspension bracket pillow from a support.

Replacement сайлентблоков support of fastening of a beam

Replacement make in the following order:

– remove a support of fastening of a beam from the car;

– establish a chisel between saylentbloky and a support;

– take by means of the lever in;;;;;;;;;;;;;

– tweezers take other loose leaf;

– the new loose leaf сайлентблока establish at an angle 40 ° in relation to a longitudinal axis of the car by means of the adaptation 3084 (fig. 10.37) ;

– establish a support on the car and check corners of installation of wheels.
