Dismantling of primary shaft carry out in the following order:

stripper remove from primary shaft 40 (see fig. 8.15 ) an internal ring of the roller bearing;
remove a stripper from primary shaft a persistent washer, the bearing and a gear wheel of the 4th transfer;
remove a spring lock ring from a flute of a shaft and a gear wheel of the 3rd transfer.
Check carry out as follows:
carefully clear all details of primary shaft and check their condition;

check a condition of a ring of the synchronizer of the 5th transfer (fig. 8.14) , having established it in the sliding coupling and, pressing in the direction to a gear wheel of the 5th transfer. By an edge щупа measure a gap between an internal end face of a ring and a gear wheel which (fig. 8.16) should be no more than 0,5 mm .
Assembly of primary shaft carry out in the following order:
at assembly of primary shaft oil each established detail;

fix primary shaft in a vice with slips from a soft material and, using a tubular opravka, establish a gear wheel of the 3rd transfer on a shaft (the fillet on a gear wheel should be directed to a gear wheel of the 4th transfer ( fig. 8.17 .);
fix a gear wheel of the 3rd transfer by a lock ring;
press on primary shaft a gear wheel of the 4th transfer (the fillet on a gear wheel should be directed to a gear wheel of the 4th transfer);

using a tubular opravka, establish on a shaft the conic bearing (fig. 8.18) ;
establish on primary shaft a persistent washer;

establish the plug on primary shaft and напрессуйте it into place by means of a tubular opravka (fig. 8.19) ;

using a tubular opravka, напрессуйте the conic bearing on primary shaft from a coupling case (fig. 8.20) ;
external ring of a conic roller bearing press in a transmission case without compensatory washers;
establish primary shaft in a case;
collect a case of a transmission and tighten bolts the demanded moment.
