Adjustment parallelism of a cover of the hatch carry out only after removal of a cable and a leading gear wheel. Hook and remove a plafond of internal lighting, uncover the mechanism of a drive of a cable and unscrew the hidden screws of fastening of the mechanism of a drive.

PREVENTION Before removal of the mechanism of a drive of a cable disconnect minus a wire from the plug of the storage battery. At adjustment of parallelism of a cover of the hatch the gear wheel of a drive should be deduced from gearing.

Adjustment make in the following order:

– displace cables and back directing cables back;

– establish axes in the situation corresponding to the closed cover;

– establish levers of a clamp 2 (see fig. 15.73 ) covers so that they entered into the directing.

PREVENTION Directing expose only by shift back, to the labels specifying the provision of complete closing of the hatch.

PREVENTION It is forbidden to displace directing forward.

Adjustment of the mechanism of a drive of a cable. Before adjustment of the mechanism of a drive of a cable, the mechanism of a cover and the mechanism of a drive of a cable should be established in the situation corresponding to the closed cover. The mechanism of a drive of a cable is regulated by calculation of turns of a leading gear wheel.

When opening hatch (the cover of the hatch slides across) the gear wheel rotates clockwise and at complete opening rests against the limiter. From this final situation turn a gear wheel on 9 complete revolutions counter-clockwise therefore the hatch should be closed completely.

When opening hatch (the cover of the hatch bends) the gear wheel rotates counter-clockwise, and at complete opening rests against the limiter. From this final situation turn a gear wheel on 2 complete revolutions clockwise therefore the hatch should be closed completely.
