Removal of a cable of a drive of coupling carry out in the following order:

– uncover the block of safety locks. Having unscrewed fastening screws, dismantle the lower part of the dashboard;

– отвернтите two screws of fastening of a casing to the lower part of a steering column also remove a casing;

– several times press and release a coupling pedal. Fix the mechanism of adjustment of a cable of coupling (for example, a wire collar), having moved against the stop a control lever aside, opposite to normal working situation then remove a cable from the lever of switching off of coupling;

NOTE For fixing of the mechanism of adjustment of a free wheeling of pedals instead of a wire collar it is more convenient to use a special fixing collar (1) with ears (2) (fig. 7.8) . If the mechanism of adjustment of a free wheeling of pedals for any reasons does not manage to be fixed, cut a coupling cable in the most convenient place, and at installation use a new cable. For compression of the mechanism of adjustment of a free wheeling of pedals move a sealing washer of a cable several times back and forth before complete compression of the mechanism.

– disconnect a cable from a clamp;

– disconnect a cable from a pedal of coupling and take it in a motor compartment.

Installation of a cable of coupling of a drive of coupling carry out in the following order:

– stretch a coupling cable from a motor compartment in car salon, connect it to a pedal of coupling and correctly arrange in a motor compartment, without fixing it in a clamp;

– connect a cable to the lever of switching off of coupling;

– fix a cable in a clamp then remove a special fixing collar from the mechanism of automatic adjustment of a cable;

– be convinced that the cable does not adjoin to the top part of a transmission;

– for cable adjustment five times press against the stop a coupling pedal, then release it on 10 mm and be convinced that the pedal moves freely (fig. 7.9) ;

– establish into place a casing of the lower part of a steering column and the lower part of the dashboard.
