Removal of the working cylinder of coupling carry out in the following order:

– press a flexible hose a suitable clip. Watch thus that the clip did not damage the pipeline;

– unscrew the coupling of a flexible hose on the working cylinder of coupling and disconnect a hose from the cylinder;

– unscrew two bolts of fastening of the working cylinder to a case of coupling and remove the working cylinder.

PREVENTION Do not press a coupling pedal at the removed working cylinder.

Check of a technical condition of details of the working cylinder carry out in the following order:

– clear an external surface of the working cylinder of coupling;

– using a screw-driver as the lever, remove a rubber cover and take a pusher;

– take a lock ring from the cylinder, and then the piston and a spring;

– carefully clear details of the working cylinder of coupling, check their condition and if necessary replace them. A cuff of the piston replace irrespective of its condition.

Assembly and installation of the working cylinder carry out in the following order:

– lower a new cuff in brake liquid and establish it on the piston according to strelochny indexes. Be convinced that the working edge of a cuff is before a spring on the piston end;

– establish a spring in the working cylinder of coupling, lower the piston in brake liquid and accurately insert it into the coupling cylinder;

– move the piston into the cylinder and fix it a lock ring;

– establish into place a pusher and a rubber cover;

– installation of the working cylinder carry out to sequences, return to removal;

– grease the end face of a pusher adjoining to the squeezing lever, a thin layer of special greasing;

– remove air from a hydraulic drive of coupling.
