Ignition coil

Check of the coil of ignition carry out in the following order:

– disconnect electric wires and uncover the coil of ignition 1 (see fig. 6.17 );

– connect a tester between plugs 1 (–) and 15 (+) and check resistance of primary winding of the coil of ignition;

connect a tester between plugs 4 (NT) and 15 (+) and check resistance of a secondary winding of the coil of ignition.

Control unit

Check of the control unit carry out in the following order:

– disconnect the electric socket from the control unit (fig. 6.18) ;

– connect a tester to contacts 2 and 4 on the socket of the control unit and include ignition, thus a tester should show tension of the accumulator;

– switch off ignition and connect the electric socket to the control unit;

– compress fixing uvulas and remove the electric socket from the distributor;

– connect a tester to contacts 1 (–) and 15 (+) on the ignition coil (see fig. 6.17 .);

– include ignition, thus during the first moment tension will make 2 In, and through 1–2 with will decrease to zero. Otherwise replace the control unit;

– disconnect mnogovyvodny the electric socket from the Digifant control unit and connect contact 25 to "weight", thus tension should increase quickly to 2 In;

– switch off ignition, connect mnogovyvodny the electric socket to the Digifant control unit.

Hall sensor

 

PREVENTION Check is necessary only in the absence of an iskroobrazovaniye.

Check of the sensor of the Hall carry out in the following order:

– compress fixing uvulas and remove the electric socket 8 (see fig. 6.13 ) from the distributor;

– connect a tester to lateral contacts of the electric socket and include ignition, thus a tester should show tension 10 in ( fig. 6.19 .);

– switch off ignition, connect the electric socket to the distributor;

– disconnect the electric socket from the control unit of system of injection of fuel;

– shift a rubber cover from the electric socket to the distributor, then to the socket of the sensor attach a light-emitting diode sampler (fig. 6.20) ;

– include a starter and check that the light-emitting diode sampler blinks. Otherwise, replace the distributor.

Digifant control unit

Check of the Digifant control unit carry out in the following order:

– complete check of the block needs the specialized equipment;

– disconnect the electric socket from the control unit of system of injection of fuel;

– connect a light-emitting diode sampler to plugs 1 (–) and 15 (+) ignition coils (fig. 6.21) . Connect double contact of the coil of ignition so that wires were attached to a shielding braid only;

– include a starter and check that the light-emitting diode sampler blinks. Otherwise, replace the control unit.
