Replacement of a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft is carried out in the following sequence:
– remove a belt of a drive of GRM (see подразд. 3.1.4) and gear pulley of a cranked shaft;

– unscrew bolts 14 (see fig. 3.27 ) fastenings of a forward cover of a cranked shaft, bolts of fastening of the oil pallet to a cover, uncover 15 and laying 16;
– take a forward epiploon 13 cranked shaft from a cover 15;
– clear carefully a surface of an opening of a cover 15 for epiploon installation;
– dunk a new epiploon 13 into engine oil and insert it into a cover 15 by means of an opravka. Be convinced that the working edge of an epiploon is directed inside;
– establish a forward cover 15 with an epiploon on the block of cylinders and tighten bolts 14 serially cross-wise;
– establish a gear pulley of a cranked shaft and a belt of a drive of GRM.
Replacement of a back epiploon of a cranked shaft is carried out in the following sequence:
– remove a flywheel or a leading disk (see подразд. 3.1.8);
– unscrew bolts of fastening of a back cover of a cranked shaft, uncover also cover laying;
– take a back epiploon of a cranked shaft from a back cover;
– clear carefully a surface of an opening of a cover for epiploon installation;
– dunk a new epiploon into engine oil and insert it into a cover by means of an opravka. Be convinced that the working edge of an epiploon is directed inside;
– establish a back cover with an epiploon on the block of cylinders and tighten bolts serially cross-wise;
– establish a flywheel or a leading disk.
