If the rubber brush of a cleaner is in a satisfactory condition, the reason of abnormal work of a cleaner (intermittence of a course of brushes and their vibrating (fig. 15.55) can be the wrong corners of installation of levers of brushes. If the corner of installation of brushes is sustained truly (fig. 15.56) , rubber brushes will occupy the necessary situation and will follow the lever in both directions.

To correct a corner it is possible, turning in the lever of brushes a tube with the cuts executed in it. On fig. 15.57 the special Volkswagen tool for a correcting of a corner of installation of brushes and a place of a podgibaniye of the lever is shown. In case of wear of the holder of brushes replace brushes.
