Replacement make in the following order:

– remove steering transfer in connection with probability of damage of a gear lath and a drive gear wheel;

– release collars and shift on steering draft a protective cover;

– wipe visible traces of greasing;

– fix in a vice with soft sponges steering transfer (fig. 11.16) and, rotating a drive gear wheel, move a gear lath to the relevant party;

– establish on the verge of the case of the spherical hinge a key on 32 mm and turn out steering draft;

– clear of old greasing a carving in an internal part of a gear lath;

– the corresponding tap clear a carving (М14х1,5) in a gear lath (fig. 11.17) ;

– on the second round of a carving of a gear lath put one drop of means D-6 interfering an otvorachivaniye of steering draft (fig. 11.18) ;

– screw steering draft in a gear lath;

– before installation of the left draft be convinced that the size between a basic end face of the internal hinge and an axis of the spherical hinge of a tip the helmsman of draft is equal 395 mm (fig. 11.19) ;

– grease a gear lath with AOF 063 000 04 type greasing;

– establish a protective cover on steering transfer and fix collars.
