Removal and installation of a heater carry out in the following order:

– merge cooling liquid from cooling system;

– disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery;

– release fastening brackets, disconnect submitting and returnable hoses from unions of a radiator 2 (see fig. 3.69 ) a heater on a partition from a motor compartment;

– remove a steering wheel;

– remove the dashboard and the central panel.

Note connections of electric wires and distribution of plaits and disconnect them in the following sequence:

– central console;

– the lower part of furnish of the dashboard from the right and left side;

– radio receiver;

– the heater panel, thus cables of management leave attached to the dashboard and a heater;

– ware box;

– right and left air lines;

– dashboard;

– remove the panel from a reverse side of the engine of the fan of a heater;

– unscrew two nuts of fastening of the block of a heater on a partition from a motor compartment;

– take the block of a heater and disconnect an air line 6 (fig. 4.8) connecting a heater and the fan 8;

– take a radiator 2 of the heater block;

– disconnect cables (fig. 4.9) of management of a heater, having noted their arrangement and connection to levers of switches;

– release brackets, unscrew screws and disunite the heater case.

Installation of the removed elements make in sequence, return to removal.
