RP engines – the sensor of system of preliminary heating of an inlet collector is established on the external union of a connecting branch pipe of cooling liquid, sideways heads of the block of cylinders. Electric tip of the sensor of red color. The thermorelay is established on the internal union of a connecting branch pipe of cooling liquid sideways heads of the block of cylinders. Electric tip of the sensor of dark blue color;

KR engines – it is established on the union of the valve of cold start;

engines 9 A – it is established on the union of the valve of cold start.

Removal and installation of the thermorelay of system of injection of fuel carry out in the following order:

– merge cooling liquid from cooling system;

– disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery;

– disconnect the electric tip from the sensor;

– take a bracket of a clamp and remove the thermorelay;

– take a sealing ring of round section.

Removal and installation of a connecting branch pipe of cooling liquid carry out in the following order:

– disconnect the electric socket from the sensor;

– disconnect hoses of cooling liquid from a connecting branch pipe;

– unscrew bolts of fastening and remove a connecting branch pipe. Sealing of a connecting branch pipe with a head of the block of cylinders is carried out by a sealing ring of round section.

Installation of the removed elements make in sequence, return to removal.
