For access to other units or for installation or engine dismantle, the compressor is necessary for removing, without breaking integrity of highways of a coolant.

PREVENTION Repeated installation самоконтрящихся fixing details 5, 6, 11, 13 (fig. 14.18) , being in the use is not allowed. Their design is calculated on single use — at repeated installation appropriate fastening is not guaranteed.

Order of installation of the main  arm on hairpins

Installation make in the following order:

– tighten nuts of 2 top hairpins;

– tighten a nut of a forward bottom hairpin (without the plug);

– tighten a nut of a back bottom hairpin (with the plug).

Moment of an inhaling of 20 N · m.
