Removal of a rotary fist is made in the following order:

PREVENTION Rotary fist 2 (fig. 10.6) remove and establish separately or together with a forward amortizatorny rack.

– remove a decorative cap of a wheel;

– unscrew a nut of the 7th fastening of a nave in situation «the car on wheels»;

– weaken bolts of fastening of a wheel;

– will hang out and fix on basic racks a forward part of the car;

– unscrew bolts of fastening of a wheel and remove a wheel;

– unscrew a nut of fastening of a power shaft and remove a washer;

– remove a support and a brake disk. Using a soft wire, tie up a support to a rack;

– unscrew the deflector 18 and disconnect it from the cross-section lever 11 of a suspension bracket;

– unscrew a nut of the coupling bolt, 9 cross-section levers 11 of a suspension bracket fixing the bottom spherical support to a rotary fist 2;

– note the adjusting provision of a bolt, take a bolt and a pin of the bottom spherical support from a rotary fist for what wring out the cross-section lever from a rotary fist down. At emergence of difficulties with removal of the cross-section lever insert between the lever and a car body mount and squeeze out the lever;

PREVENTION At carrying out work try not to damage a protective cover of a spherical support.

– disconnect steering draft from a rotary fist;

– disconnect a connector of the stabilizer of cross-section stability from the cross-section lever;

– if the rotary fist acts in film separately from an amortizatorny rack 1, note the mutual provision of a rack and a rotary fist. Note the top and bottom bolts of fastening of a rotary fist to a rack correctly to establish them on former places as the corner of disorder of a wheel depends on their situation, and unscrew bolts. Using the lever, take a rack from a rotary fist.

At removal of a rotary fist together with a rack отвернтите a nut of the top fastening of a rack. If the cylindrical spring of a suspension bracket is still compressed, establish a jack under a rotary fist to support weight of a rotary fist and a rack, and after a detachment of the top part of a rack, lower a jack to release a cylindrical spring.

Remove a rotary fist, at the same time removing it from a power shaft. If necessary, using a stripper, squeeze out a power shaft from a wheel nave.

Installation of a rotary fist carry out to sequences, return to removal.

Check correctness of installation of bolts of fastening of a rotary fist to a rack.

Nuts of fastening of a power shaft and the stabilizer tighten only in situation «the car on wheels».
